Amazon Not Delivering My Order
Dear Amazon Representative; Sony Bravia A90J Oled TV, which I bought on 17 July 2023, was expected to be delivered on 26 July 2023, but the product was not delivered. I bought the product for 41300 TL on Prime Day, but the price has increased and it is currently selling for 56116 TL, so I do not want to cancel the order. When I bought the product, Media Markt was selling it at an affordable price, I trusted Amazon and preferred to do my shopping from Amazon Turkey, but I was a victim and as of July 29, the price of the product increased or sold out on all sites. As an Amazon Prime customer, my primary request will be for my order to be delivered smoothly or for my loss to be covered by Amazon. I hope this situation gets resolved quickly. Otherwise, I respectfully submit that I will use my legal rights by applying to the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
