I am experiencing an ongoing problem with my FamApp account related to selfie verification and KYC completion. When I try to verify my identity, the app displays the message: "You've exhausted all verification attempts. We'll notify you when you can try again." Because of this, I am completely unable to access or use my account or complete my KYC. I use FamApp on an Android phone, and this issue first started on 3 July 2026. Since that date, the problem has continued without any resolution. I contacted your customer support by phone, and I was informed that the issue would be resolved within 24 hours, but nothing changed. Afterwards, I sent an email to support, and I received a reply stating that the problem had been fixed, yet the error message still appears and my selfie verification remains locked. I have not made any payments from this account yet; my only concern is that I am still unable to complete my KYC due to the exhausted verification attempts. I kindly request that you urgently reset or unlock my selfie verification attempts from your side so that I can successfully complete my KYC and regain full access to my FamApp account.
