NetShort Subscription Cancellation and Refund Request

I am writing regarding a mistaken charge from NetShort and to request both a refund and cancellation of my subscription. On 5 July, I was billed 97 baht via True Money Wallet even though this payment was made by mistake. I do not wish to continue this subscription and I have not been able to find a clear way to contact NetShort customer service about this issue. Therefore, I am asking for the immediate cancellation of my NetShort subscription and a full refund of the 97 baht charged on 5 July to my True Money Wallet account. I kindly request that this refund and cancellation be processed as soon as possible and that written confirmation be provided once the subscription has been cancelled and the 97 baht has been refunded.
