Sidra Verification Error on Google Chrome Mobile

I am having a persistent problem with Sidra verification when using Google Chrome on my mobile phone. Each time I try to complete the Sidra verification, the process starts but then sends me back to the first step instead of moving forward, and an error appears on the screen. This issue started yesterday and has been continuing since then. Because of this loop during the Sidra verification, I am unable to complete the process I need, and I am stuck at the beginning every time I try.
