Amazon Keeps My Refund, Delays Payment Despite Repeated Customer Requests

Amazon is either no longer issuing refunds or only doing so partially, and I believe the company has been taken over by people with bad intentions. For quite some time now, Amazon has made the refund process increasingly difficult. I used to trust Amazon completely, but now I hesitate every time I consider making a purchase. Even though customer service repeatedly forwards the issue, the finance department deliberately withholds the payments. They keep stalling by saying it will be processed within 72 hours, yet weeks go by without any resolution. It feels like they’re intentionally trying to wear customers down so they eventually give up. This kind of behavior is unacceptable from a global company that built its reputation on customer satisfaction.
