Amazon Failed to Replace Defective Product

Unfortunately, the Tac brand 26 cm flat pot that I purchased from Amazon.com did not arrive in working order. It was returned by me in a timely manner. Despite this, the replacement has not been sent out even after three months have passed. When I contacted customer service, the only response I received was a cryptic one telling me to "wait a little longer." Since we last spoke, a month has gone by, and I'm still waiting for the shipment of the product I ordered. My faith has been severely damaged, and I am impatiently awaiting a solution to address the annoyance it has caused me.
