Amazon Dreo Tower Fan Order Delay

On April 8, 2024, I purchased a Dreo Remote Controlled Tower Fan from Amazon's seller dreostars. I made the payment and had several contacts with customer support and the goods vendor. The delivery date ranged between April 22nd and May 2nd. Nine days had passed, and on the evening of April 17, 2024, they canceled my order. They pulled the goods from stock. Now I can't reorder the same item at the same price. The pricing of alternative products I was evaluating had also risen. In brief, I paid, did not receive the thing, and now they are offering a refund; however, the price of the alternative product has increased. I demand that my grievance be addressed. It's remarkable that a huge firm like Amazon collaborates with such merchants. Customer support states that if there is no positive answer after 48 hours, they will be unable to provide any further assistance. I want Amazon to fix my distress. Screenshots have been used to present all necessary information about the situation.

The Amazon seller is blaming Amazon, they still haven't responded.

The seller blames Amazon. Shame on the seller. I won't shop on Amazon anymore.
