Amazon Customer Service Is Unresponsive After Bosch Advanced Aquatak 135 Broke in 2 Months

I just bought a Bosch Advanced Aquatak 135 pressure washer from Amazon.com.tr, but after only 2 months of use, it broke down, which is very frustrating. I used the device according to all the rules and guidelines, so I don't know why it broke down so quickly. I called Amazon and sent my device to them to be fixed, but they haven't told me anything about my problem. When I ask for an update, I'm always told to be patient, which is very frustrating. I've been waiting for a month now, and I still don't know where my device is or what's going on with it. I wish I hadn't bought this device from them, and I want this problem to be fixed quickly.
