Amazon Asus ROG SWIFT PG259QNR Dead Pixel and Warranty Issue

I purchased an Asus ROG SWIFT PG259QNR from Amazon's own seller, and it arrived with a dead pixel. I didn't give it back on time, but then it suddenly stopped working after five months. The product didn't work. I sent it in for warranty service, and the service center gave me a certificate saying it was Dead On Arrival (DOA). When I told Amazon, they said they didn't have the same product available and could only give me a refund. They said that the price of the product had doubled since I bought it, but I decided not to take the refund. My friend bought a MacBook from Amazon, but their device was also defective and they got a certificate saying it was dead on arrival from customer service. But because the item I wanted was out of stock, Amazon gave me a better version instead. However, they're not giving me the same offer. I'm really unhappy with how Amazon Turkey is applying double standards. An Amazon employee told me that I could contact Consumer Rights, but they warned me that it would just make the process longer. They made me feel really upset.
