Xiaomi Mi Watch Lite Warranty Void, Watch Stops

I bought my Xiaomi Mi Watch Lite in September 2021. Unfortunately, just two months after the warranty expired in November 2023, the watch stopped working. The Genpa service that has been given permission says they can't fix it. Where can I get this product repaired? Do Xiaomi users in Turkey have a device that cannot be repaired once the warranty expires? Does a malfunction make the watch useless? The problem began when there were eight lines going across the screen. After that, the touchscreen stopped working properly, and then the battery started to die. The watch is broken and needs a new screen. How can Xiaomi Turkey help with this?
