Huawei Watch Fit 3 - Repeated Failures, I Demand A Refund!





I purchased the HUAWEI WATCH Fit 3 - Black on June 11, 2024, but I have experienced a screen display issue four times and had to send it for service each time. The first time, it was replaced. The second time, it was repaired and returned. The third time, it was sent back to me with "no issues found." Now, for the fourth time, I am experiencing the same problem. When I requested a refund, I was told that the product is "out of warranty"! This is completely unacceptable! I am tired of dealing with the same issue over and over again. Despite sending the product for service four times, a permanent solution was never provided. Now, being told that it is out of warranty is simply unfair! I no longer want this product to be repaired—I demand a full refund. A brand that values customer satisfaction should not keep ignoring a recurring issue and then use the "out of warranty" excuse. I expect an urgent resolution from the responsible parties!

I sent it to the service, and the solution they offered was that the watch would be repaired for 9,000 TL. I don't know whether to laugh or cry, as the brand new watch is already in the 3,500-4,000 TL range.
