I've been trying to contact you for days to increase my DASK policy coverage, but you keep opening a ticket promising a call back that never comes. It's been three weeks, and I'm still having trouble getting my request processed. It shouldn't be this difficult. We're having a difficult time, and you're not helping. Recep, an Allianz headquarters representative, called me and suggested a different policy, but I declined and asked him to only process my DASK policy modification. He said he'd call back in thirty minutes, but he never did. When I followed up, he said they'd call me back on Monday, but when I called the next day, they'd deleted my request from the system. I'm sorry I chose Allianz, and I'm anxiously awaiting a response. If you don't answer back soon, it feels as if you're mocking your customers!
