I purchased a Khons brand car charger from AliExpress, and the listing clearly stated that it came with a 2-year warranty and technical support. However, after just 10 months, the charger stopped working.

I reached out to both the seller and AliExpress, explaining the issue and requesting a replacement or repair. No one has provided a solution. Neither the seller nor AliExpress seems to care about honoring the warranty.

I feel completely let down and regret my purchase. AliExpress does not offer any real customer support when something goes wrong. What should I do now?
