I Face Disabled AliExpress Account and Missing Refund for Bicycle Pedal Order
Last year, I placed an order for bicycle pedals on AliExpress. However, without any explanation, my account was suspended, and the products I paid for were never delivered.
To make matters worse, I have not received a refund for the order. I attempted to contact AliExpress customer service multiple times, but I never received any response.
My account has now been disabled for almost a year, and my issue remains unresolved.
I am requesting that my AliExpress account be reactivated and that I receive a full refund for the bicycle pedal order that was never fulfilled. This situation has caused long-term frustration and financial loss, and I expect AliExpress to resolve it without further delay.
