I Face Sudden AliExpress Account Suspension and Blocked 300,000₺ Balance
My AliExpress account was suddenly frozen without any prior warning or notification. Along with the suspension, I completely lost access to my account balance of approximately ₺300,000, and I cannot withdraw or use my funds.
What frustrates me most is that I did not receive any explanation, email, or message from AliExpress regarding why my account was restricted. I attempted to contact customer support, but so far I have been unable to reach anyone who can clarify or resolve the issue.
This situation has caused me significant financial stress and loss of trust. I demand that either my account be reinstated immediately or that the full ₺300,000 balance be refunded to me without delay. I am also prepared to provide all necessary documents and supporting evidence to verify my account ownership.
AliExpress must take responsibility and resolve this problem quickly to prevent further damage and frustration for its customers.
