AliExpress Shop Sent My M.2 SSD to the Wrong Address and Blocked Me

I purchased an M.2 SSD from AliExpress Shop1103997964, but they sent the wrong product. When I contacted them, they promised to send a replacement. However, they shipped it to Bakırköy, while I live in Samsun. Either they entered the wrong address or sent me someone else’s tracking number. I tried to reach out to the seller, but they blocked me and removed the product listing. Now I’m unable to get through to customer service. This whole situation is incredibly frustrating. I need AliExpress to resolve this issue immediately and either provide a refund or send the correct product to my actual address.
