On November 3, 2023, I ordered an original high-speed M2 NVMe SSD 1TB 2TB 4TB SSD drive internal SSD M.2 PCIe 4.0x4 hard disk for laptop desktop PS5 PS4 4TB 990PRO product from AliExpress. I ordered this product because it was supposed to be an original Samsung brand with read speeds of 7500 MB and write speeds of 6500 MB. However, upon receiving the product, I found that it had read and write speeds of only 1600 MB and 600 MB respectively, and the product would suddenly reset itself while in use. I contacted the seller and requested a refund. The seller offered me two options: 'I'm very sorry for giving you a bad shopping experience. To make it up to you, we're offering two solutions. Option 1: We'll refund you $2 and send you a new 2TB hard drive. We'll also provide you with a gift as compensation. Before sending, we'll check the product quality again and choose the fastest logistics channel for you, so you can receive the package as soon as possible. Option 2: The buyer returns the goods and a full refund is issued. After receiving and properly checking the package, a full refund will be made. Which solution do you prefer? I'm waiting for your answer.' I chose the first option and accepted the resolution. $2 was refunded, but the seller did not send the 2TB M2 SSD. Furthermore, the seller stopped responding to my messages, and I was left with the product. Despite repeatedly informing customer service about this issue, it was not resolved, and I was told, 'An email will be sent to you regarding your issue.' This situation persists, and my problem remains unresolved. It is unacceptable for a company like AliExpress, which operates worldwide, to treat its customers in this manner. My complaint numbers are as follows: 1- 2503801619180897 2- 2503801685638617 3- 2503801695334333 I demand a full refund of the product's total amount.

Today, customer service informed me that the tracking code they provided and the tracking website they directed me to showed that my package was delivered to someone else. Customer service told me to contact the seller. If I could reach the seller, I wouldn't be trying to get my issue resolved through customer service in the first place. :(

After long efforts and repeatedly contacting the support teams with the evidence I had, they finally processed the refund.
