AliExpress Marked My Order as Delivered, But I Received the Wrong Item

I placed an order on AliExpress, but instead of receiving my product, PTT Kargo delivered a small wet wipe. Despite this, AliExpress marked my order as "delivered", even though I never received what I paid for.

I contacted AliExpress customer support, but they simply told me that they had shipped the order and that I should follow up with the local courier. Where is my order? Who is responsible for providing an update?

Additionally, on another order, I purchased a gear shift cover with a knob, but they only sent the gear shift cover, not the full product shown in the listing. Due to language barriers, I can’t even get proper support from AliExpress.

AliExpress, take responsibility and resolve this issue! I demand either a refund or the correct products I ordered!
