AliExpress Refund Not Received – Bank Denies ARN Number Validity
On October 15, 2024, I accidentally placed an order on AliExpress and canceled it immediately. Since my Garanti Bank debit card was linked, the payment was instantly withdrawn, and the refund process began. The next day, I was informed by AliExpress customer service that the refund had been completed, and they provided an ARN number: 17979674289001307341035, advising me to contact my bank for further details.
However, when I contacted Garanti Bank, they stated they could not process any inquiry using the provided ARN number. AliExpress insists the refund has been issued, leaving me stuck in a loop without a solution. I urgently need clarification and resolution. Where is my money? AliExpress, please provide proper proof of refund or assist in resolving this with the bank.
