AliExpress Refund Still Missing After Returned Cycling Jersey Order

On September 23, 2025, I placed an order from the Shop1102752376 store on AliExpress for a 2024 Tinkoff Team Long-Sleeve Cycling Jersey. I paid 2,004.78 TL with my bank card.

I returned the product on September 25, 2025, and in the AliExpress system it shows that the refund has been processed. However, the refunded amount has not been deposited into my bank account.

My order number is 1116094769953073. I tried to contact AliExpress customer service, but I was unable to reach anyone. This is the first time I have experienced such an issue, and it has caused me financial stress and inconvenience.

I am requesting that the refund be completed and the money transferred back to my bank account as soon as possible.
