AliExpress Refund Delayed Since October 6 While Garanti Bank Shows No Transaction
I accidentally clicked on a product and ended up buying it on AliExpress. I noticed it and sent it back immediately, and they confirmed the return on October 6. So, it's October 30, and I still haven't gotten my refund. AliExpress says they’ve sent the payment, but Garanti Bank is saying there’s no record of that transaction. I really don’t get how this could happen at all. I’ve reached out to both AliExpress and Garanti Bank several times, but neither has managed to fix the problem or give me a straightforward answer. This back-and-forth has really drained me, and now I have no clue when or if I’ll see my money again. This experience has been really tiring.
