Still No Resolution for AliExpress Customs Issues


I've had a terrible experience with my AliExpress shipments—three packages in a row have been held up in customs! Order number 2710119995736 went through smoothly without any customs problems, but they are insisting otherwise. I bought various items, and I absolutely won't tolerate this unfair treatment! I find it completely unacceptable that they provide me with the option to dispute, but sarcastically leave out the possibility of a refund. Regarding order number 2710119980428, the delivery date was originally stated as February, but they unexpectedly changed it to January and confiscated the package! It's a never-ending cycle of making excuses, leaving customers in a difficult situation. Lack of response, lack of resolution, lack of refunds, lack of products, and complete absence of customer service!
