AliExpress Order Stalled! No Shipment, Seller Blocks Cancellation
On April 23, 2024, I placed an order on AliExpress under the order number #1104645886799947. It's currently April 28, and the item has yet to be dispatched. The seller has not responded to any of my questions regarding when the merchandise would be shipped. When I try to cancel the order owing to the delay, the system tells me that it will be automatically cancelled if the seller does not answer within 48 hours. However, before the 48-hour period ends, the seller cancels the cancellation request. This means that even if the product has not been sent, cancellation is subject to seller approval. This is intolerable. The system also informs you that the order will be automatically terminated after 45 days. The buyer should be able to cancel the order if the shipment is not made. AliExpress needs to address my concerns.
