AliExpress Order Delayed Due to Wrong Address, Requesting Full Refund
I placed an order on AliExpress on November 4, with an expected delivery date of November 24. However, the address was entered incorrectly, and attempts to contact customer support have gone unanswered. As of December 6, my package is stuck between Adana and Istanbul, with no resolution in sight.
Previously, deliveries to Istanbul were smooth, and I was contacted upon arrival. Now, the situation is chaotic, and the shipping service, PTT Kargo, has failed to provide reliable support. I urgently request AliExpress to resolve this issue immediately. If the delivery cannot be completed, I demand a full refund for my order. This level of service is unacceptable, and I expect swift action to address the problem.
