Aliexpress No Call Back For 17 Days

My cargo has been on the road for 17 days, no update has been made on its condition, it has been 17 days and it still appears on the plane. Either they lost the product or something else. I'm thinking either they lost my package in the Bermuda Triangle of shipping, or they've got some magic tricks up their sleeves. If they could at least update me or give me a clue, that'd be great. But nope, it's the 17th day, and the cargo is still doing its in-flight entertainment routine. If they refund me, I will at least buy it from somewhere else. Aliexpress is very insensitive in this regard and does not help at all, so I will not shop again.
