AliExpress Fail: No Customs Clearance, No Refund!
My recent AliExpress transaction was never processed by customs and I never got my merchandise or a refund. The whole thing is really absurd. How is it possible for this kind of system to exist? It's disheartening that AliExpress hasn't gotten its act together yet. All I asked for was a refund, and I still haven't received it. Worse still, I doubt that I will ever use the AliExpress website again. In fact, I want to spread the word about my negative experience with this service in the hopes of discouraging others from signing up. It's not really worth the trouble and potential financial loss. It's completely wrong for a business to act in such a shady manner, and I intend to make a formal complaint against them. It's just absurd.
