Aliexpress Does Not Deliver My Money Or The Product




I bought two things from AliExpress on November 11th. About a month later, I got a message from customs asking for more details, like the invoice for the product. The seller said they didn't have a receipt. There's no customer service, no product, and no refund. It's just really frustrating. I don't have the product, my money, or anyone to talk to. A really tough situation that I just can't get out of.
