I purchased a brand-new Alfa Romeo Junior İbrida Speciale in October from İzmir Arkas Otomotiv, trusting the information displayed on Alfa Romeo's official website. The website clearly shows front parking sensors in all photos of this model, even for the lower-tier İbrida model. At no point during the sales process was I informed otherwise, nor does the website include a disclaimer stating, "Features may vary by model."
After purchasing the car, I was shocked to discover that the front parking sensors were not included. When I contacted the dealership, they dismissed it, stating the website contained errors and that this feature is only available on the Veloce model. Adding to my frustration, I couldn’t even file a complaint with customer service because the dealership hadn’t registered my sale, leaving my license plate and chassis number unrecognized.
I demand that the dealership installs the front parking sensors as advertised and that Alfa Romeo ensures accurate and transparent information on their website to avoid misleading customers.
