Skechers Shoes Worn Out in 4 Months - I Was Refused a Replacement by SuperStep

I bought a pair of Skechers sneakers from the SuperStep store at İzmir Agora Mall, and even though I only used them for walking, they began to exhibit significant wear and deformation in just around four months. I selected this brand due to its reputation for durability and reliability, so I was surprised when this occurred. I returned the shoes to the store to ask for a replacement, but my request was turned down. To make matters worse, I was informed that the damage could be attributed to improper use or negligence, which I found to be quite unjust. I’ve taken great care with the shoes and have used them precisely as advised. I felt quite disappointed and lacking in support after this experience. I will definitely think twice before making another purchase here. I truly wish that those who have encountered similar problems will also have their voices acknowledged.
