Forgot Email and Password for Alcatel Movetime SW10 Smartwatch

We purchased an Alcatel Movetime SW10 smartwatch for our child to use, but we have forgotten the email address and password associated with its registered IMEI. We want to register the watch with a different email to be able to use it again, but we cannot reset it because it is already registered. We have already opened a support ticket, but we have not received any assistance yet. We kindly request urgent assistance from Alcatel officials regarding this matter. We are hoping to resolve this issue soon so our child can continue using the smartwatch. Thank you in advance for your prompt attention to this matter. In the meantime, if there is a solution, I will share it here.
