Rude AJet Staff Used Verbal Abuse

Between 00:10 and 00:40 on the night of October 29, I arrived at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport with my 10-year-old son by metro. After going one floor up from the metro entrance, I saw a counter with “A-JET” written in large letters and “ajet.hotels.com” written next to it in small letters. There was no one at the counter; the front lights were on, but the back area was dark. I called out softly, asking, “Is anyone here?” After a while, a staff member came out from the back, looking sleepy. Instead of greeting me, he put his hands on his waist and rudely said, “What do you want?” I showed my ticket and asked where I could check in. He replied, “Are you blind? Lift your head and read the sign—what does it say?” I pointed out that while it said that on the sign, I was asking just to confirm where the check-in was done. He then spoke even more harshly: “Still insisting… God, don’t you know how to read? If you do, lift your head and read!” I said, “Sir, please don’t talk to me like that. Just do your job. You can’t address me this way—your tone is completely inappropriate.” The incident took place between 00:10 and 00:40 in front of the A-JET (ajet.hotels.com) counter, with security cameras only about two meters away. I immediately reported the incident to A-JET the same day, but I only received the response: “Sir, there has been a misunderstanding, we apologize.” However, there was no misunderstanding—I was clearly subjected to verbal and psychological abuse in front of my 10-year-old son. What was I supposed to do, respond to such behavior and end up in the wrong even though I was right? Should I have risked losing my flight rights because of this? You have an extremely rude employee, and are you trying to dismiss the situation so lightly? I am filing a complaint against the employee, Ş** Ö***, for his behavior. Even if A-JET tries to cover this up, the incident occurred right under the security cameras. As a result of this incident, I will have to take legal action against both your company and the employee for subjecting me to verbal and psychological abuse. My ticket number is 2042439789892. The time and location of the incident can easily be confirmed through security footage. I request that appropriate action be taken against the employee and that I receive an official apology.
