1win Spin & Win Apple Pack Prize Still Not Delivered After Months

I am writing about the “Spin & Win” casino tournament held on 1win between 24/11/25 and 24/12/26, in which I participated after depositing money into my account. My gaming ID is 307038*** and my user ID/registered phone number is +918876067***. In this tournament I took 2nd place and my prize was the “Apple pack”. In the tournament guidelines it was clearly stated that winners would receive their prizes within a specific date and time frame, and that all winnings would be delivered within 45 days after the tournament ended. Despite this clear rule, 7–8 months have already passed and I still have not received my Apple pack prize or any equivalent credit. During this entire period I have repeatedly contacted the 1win support team. For the last 7–8 months I have been getting the same type of replies such as “wait,” “forwarded,” “highlighted,” “reviewing,” or that I would receive a call from the respective department. An appeal number (SL2SD-42420) was raised by the support team about 6 months ago, but this appeal is still pending and I have not been provided with any concrete information or solution about my tournament winnings. My KYC verification was successfully approved around 3 months ago, yet even after that there has been no progress. I joined this tournament only after depositing money on 1win, and now it feels as if both my deposit and my tournament winnings have been put at risk because the promised prize has not been delivered. I respectfully request that 1win immediately honors the result of the Spin & Win tournament and provides me with my full Apple pack prize as stated in the tournament conditions, or an equivalent proper solution without any further delay.
