Ajet Mistake on My Booking Cost Me 800 Euro and a Missed Flight
On June 30, I went to check in for my CDG-SAW flight, only to be denied boarding because there was no passenger with my name on the flight. After some time, we realized that my name had been entered as "Ctr" instead of "Çıtır." I immediately contacted Govoyages, where I booked my ticket, assuming the error was on their side.
After hours of back-and-forth between Govoyages and Ajet, and endless phone waiting, Govoyages informed me that they had correctly provided my name as "Çıtır" and claimed the mistake was Ajet's. However, when I reached out to Ajet, they refused to take responsibility. Their customer service misled me constantly, failing to acknowledge or correct their mistake. Despite my hours of effort, Ajet did absolutely nothing to fix the issue.
As a result, I missed my flight and was stranded at the airport. Since I had an important exam the next day, I had no choice but to purchase a last-minute ticket with Turkish Airlines for 580 Euros. I had already paid 220 Euros for the original flight, which I missed due to Ajet's incompetence.
Even after filing multiple complaints with Ajet, I received no response. My complaints were completely ignored, and their lack of customer service only made things worse.
I am now awaiting proof from Govoyages that they provided the correct passenger details to Ajet, which will confirm that Ajet is entirely at fault.
I demand that Ajet reimburse the 220 Euro missed flight and the 580 Euro Turkish Airlines ticket, totaling 800 Euros. This situation is entirely due to their mistake, and they must cover my losses. Ajet has proven to be unreliable and unprofessional. If they fail to take responsibility, I will pursue legal action.
