I purchased an international ticket from AJet well in advance, only to find out that the flight was canceled just two weeks before departure. The options I was given were disappointing and inconvenient: either fly a day earlier, change to a different date, or get a refund. None of these addressed the real issue—the disruption of my carefully planned travel.
I reached out both via phone and through the feedback forms as instructed. I submitted multiple case numbers: VF-419955, VF-418485, VF-417943, and VF-416951, along with a screenshot from Turkish Airlines showing the cost of a new comparable ticket. Despite all this, I only received automated, generic responses—no actual resolution or compensation.
To make things worse, the customer service menu was dysfunctional, and the options the reps directed me to weren’t even available in the system. As of today, I’ve officially canceled my ticket, and due to repeated poor experiences with AJet, I stated in my last message that I will escalate this across multiple platforms.
