I Was Not Allowed to Board My Ajet Flight and Missed Connection

On August 1, I experienced a major grievance with my Izmir-Ankara and Ankara-Kars flights purchased from Ajet. At Izmir Airport, the staff did not complete the check-in process, causing us to lose time, and even though we later checked in online, we were still not allowed to board the plane. As a result, I also missed my Ankara-Kars flight and was marked as absent without leave at my military unit. After this incident, I contacted Ajet customer service, but no solution was provided—no refund, ticket change, or any other form of compensation was offered. The total amount I paid for the tickets was ₺10,800 (reservation number 370D44). This is the first time I have experienced such an issue, and both of my tickets became unusable. I request that my grievance be resolved and that I be granted my right to compensation.
