Ajet Failed to Refund My Canceled Ticket Despite Multiple Attempts

I canceled one of the two tickets I purchased from Ajet for a flight on November 10, 2024. Despite requesting the refund on August 25, they still haven’t returned my money, nor have they even apologized for the mistake. I have followed up multiple times, but they continue to ignore my issue and leave me waiting.
This is an unacceptable approach to customer satisfaction and raises serious questions about their professionalism. I strongly condemn Ajet for this mistake and demand that they immediately refund the amount they owe me.
