On 1 October 2024, Ajet canceled our Bergamo–Istanbul flight, leaving us stranded at the airport. We were only able to return the following day, incurring unexpected expenses for accommodation and food. For the past 87 days, we have been trying to get compensation for our expenses from Ajet, but to no avail. Despite applying to the General Directorate of Civil Aviation under the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Turkey and receiving a favorable decision, Ajet has taken no action, even after we submitted this official document. Think twice before purchasing a ticket from this company, which blatantly disregards state decisions. It feels like they operate under the mindset of "I can do whatever I want."
