Ajet Refused to Change My Flight Ticket Despite Requesting Well in Advance

Ajet company did not accept my ticket, which I bought on December 6th, even though I wanted to change it for the flight on Monday, 1 hour later on the same day. Even though I called an hour later to ask if they could make the change, I received a rejection response. There was still 1 day left for the flight. I asked for a change for the flight 2 days later. I asked for a change for the flight 2 days later. It victimizes its consumers by making excuses I have never seen such a ridiculous thing, I definitely want the situation to be fixed.
