Since 2024, I have taken around 10 flights with AJet, as there are no alternative airlines available for my route. Out of these flights, only one or two were on time—the rest were either delayed or, worse, canceled without any notice.
AJet also charged me twice for the same ticket, and getting a refund was an absolute nightmare. It takes 1-2 months to get my money back, and even then, they refund less than what they overcharged! Today, February 18, 2025, my SAW-ERZ flight is delayed by 1 hour and 30 minutes—as expected.
When will authorities step in to address AJet’s terrible service? AJet, when will you start respecting your passengers? Fix your operations now!
