Repeated Flight Cancellations and Financial Loss By AJet

I purchased a round-trip ticket from AJet for Ankara–Paris in May 2025. However, my flights were canceled multiple times — including flight numbers VF3012, VF3001, VF10, and VF3008. The most recent cancellation happened right before my May 2, 2025 flight, which was moved to May 3 without sufficient notice. Because of this last-minute change, I missed important events in Paris, lost my hotel reservations, and faced serious disruptions in my travel plans. On top of that, I had to pay an additional ₺2,000 to change my flights as requested by AJet. The total I paid is ₺17,867, including the original ticket. Due to these repeated disruptions and lack of reliability, I have officially filed a complaint with the Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committee. I am requesting a full refund and compensation for the financial and emotional damage I experienced. I’m sharing my experience here to warn other customers and demand that AJet take responsibility.
