Ajet Changed My Flight Four Times Then Canceled Without Explanation
After Ajet separated from Turkish Airlines last year and started operating independently, I decided to purchase a plane ticket from them for the first time. Although I was skeptical about the negative comments on social media regarding their decline in quality, I wanted to give them a chance. Unfortunately, my experience confirmed the concerns. The flight I booked was not only rescheduled once but four times, with changes to both the time and date, causing me considerable inconvenience. I thought I could manage, but then the flight was canceled entirely without any explanation. In a rush, I bought a ticket for a different route, only to later discover that other airlines were still flying the original route. I purchased a ticket from another airline for that route and requested a free cancellation due to the inconvenience caused. It's been several days, and I still haven't received a response. Each time I call, I’m told, "We’ve marked it as urgent; you’ll hear back today," but nothing happens. Now, with less than 18 hours remaining until the flight, I urgently need a resolution.
