Double Booking for the Same Villa on Airbnb at the Same Time

I booked a villa in Köyceğiz through Airbnb, listed by Sunset Bungalov, under the name Hakan K***** (Reservation No: HM9D9RC3AC), paying ₺15.202 for what was advertised as a 6-bedroom, 6-bed property. I made the booking two months in advance. Just one week before our planned stay, I rechecked the listing and was shocked to find it had been altered—now showing only 2 bedrooms and 3 beds, with updated photos that did not match the original listing. We had specifically booked a larger villa to accommodate our group, so this change made our plans impossible to follow through as intended.
I immediately contacted Sunset Bungalov. They claimed the issue was Airbnb’s fault and insisted they were also “victims,” refusing to take any responsibility. Since our holiday was approaching quickly, finding alternative accommodation was not possible, leaving our plans in disarray. To make matters worse, although I paid ₺15.202, only ₺12.500 was refunded, and the remaining amount has still not been returned.
I fully complied with all booking rules, and I have screenshots and written correspondence proving the listing change. I demand a full refund of the remaining amount, a formal apology, and assurance that such misleading listing changes will be prevented in the future.
