Airbnb Superhost Shut Out Unjustly
My friend closed his Airbnb account due to an unjust complaint by a guest in his home. Airbnb provided no chance to defend himself, blocking him from everywhere.
Is it fair that one complaint triggers such severe measures without allowing him to explain? Case code: hmzzmmntzn. He's a Superhost with over 99% positive reviews and an overall rating of 4.8/5 for his accommodations. Issues arose with a guest who reported him.
Airbnb deactivated his entire account, stating he can never have an account again. He can't contact Airbnb. They deny him the opportunity to defend himself. Calling Airbnb from his phone is impossible, and attempts from other phones, even when identified, end abruptly.
This is a significant injustice, and I'm a witness to this incredible situation! Please let him contact you and have his voice heard.
