Airbnb Unjustly Closed My Account Without Explanation
I have been using Airbnb for years without any issues. I’ve booked accommodations in Turkey and several other countries, consistently maintaining a perfect rating with no disputes or complaints from hosts. Suddenly, my account was closed without any explanation.
The email I received from Airbnb stated that they would not provide further details regarding the closure and warned that any future accounts I create would also be affected. This is incredibly frustrating and unjust, especially considering my flawless track record as a guest.
I am left confused and deeply disappointed by Airbnb's lack of transparency and unwillingness to address the issue. I request that my account be reinstated immediately, along with a clear explanation for this action. As a loyal user, I deserve better treatment.
