Airbnb Charged My Card Without Consent During Failed Booking

I attempted to rent a home in Tbilisi through the Airbnb app, but I encountered a serious issue at the payment stage. On December 5 and December 7, 2025, I tried multiple times to complete a reservation. Each time, the app repeatedly asked me to re-enter my card details, the transaction was never completed, and no reservation was created.
Despite this, without any confirmation screen appearing and without my explicit consent, a total of seven separate charges of $1 each, amounting to $7, were deducted from my cards. I used both my Halkbank debit card and credit card for these attempts. When I contacted my bank, they confirmed that these charges appear in their system and told me that I need to contact Airbnb directly to request a refund.
I cannot find any direct communication channel, either within or outside the app, where I can speak to a responsible representative. Being charged despite no reservation being created, combined with the inability to contact customer support, has caused me significant frustration. I request that the total $7 charged to my cards be refunded immediately and in full, and that I be provided with a clear explanation of why this issue occurred.
