Airalo SIM Stopped Working in Northern Cyprus, Refund Denied

I purchased a 3GB data-based Airalo SIM card to use in Northern Cyprus, but it stopped working around midday today. I immediately contacted Airalo’s WhatsApp support line and live chat via the app, but they completely ignored my issue.

I chose this SIM card due to the urgent need for reliable service, but it turned out to be a complete disappointment. When I requested a refund, they claimed the issue wasn’t related to their service, so no refund could be processed. However, my phone is brand new and has been working perfectly. The SIM functioned fine until midday, so the problem is clearly not on my end.

Their lack of customer support and refusal to address this issue is unacceptable. I feel like my money was wasted, and I urge Airalo to take responsibility and offer a resolution.
