Airalo Global eSIM Voice Calls Not Working Across Multiple Countries

On 08/08/2025, I purchased a global eSIM package (voice + internet) through Air Alo. After installation, I was able to make just one call, but since then I have been unable to place any calls in any country I visited.

I tested this across Italy, Czechia, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia, Germany, and Austria. While the internet connection works fine, every attempt to make a call fails—there is no dial tone, and the call never initiates.

I reached out for support through the in-app help section, but only received automated responses from a bot, with no real assistance or troubleshooting provided. The payment for my package was processed successfully, yet the voice service has never functioned properly.

I can provide my order number if needed. Since I paid for a package that did not deliver the promised service, I am requesting a full refund of the purchase.

Air Alo must either fix the voice call functionality immediately or return the payment for the unusable service.
