Sugo App Blocking Login With Strange Device Error

For more than a month, I have been unable to log into the Sugo Live Chat app on my Android device. Whenever I try to sign in, I receive an error message that says, “The device cannot log in abnormally.” This issue persists on both Wi-Fi and mobile data. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app, restarting my device, and resetting my password, but nothing has worked.

My registered email address is i**********@gmail.com**. I live in Kırıkkale, and I used to enjoy the app, so not being able to reach my friends has caused me a lot of inconvenience. I contacted Sugo customer service, but no solution was provided. I do not have any balance in my account; I simply want my account to be reopened and this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
