On November 19, my Sugo account was suddenly suspended without any warning or explanation. The phone number registered to my account is **0533 783 ******. I was using the app normally and did not experience any unusual activity or errors before the suspension. No error code or explanation was provided to me regarding the suspension.

I request to be informed about the reason for my account being suspended and ask that my account be restored as soon as possible.
