Having Sugo App “Function Restricted” Error for 2 Days

I signed up for the Sugo mobile app using my iPhone XR and completed the verification process. However, for the past two days, my account has been showing an “function restricted” warning, and I’m unable to send messages or start a live stream. I submitted a request to the app’s support team, but no solution has been provided. My account does not have any paid membership or active payments. My username/registered email address is: b****************@gmail.com**. The issue continues nonstop, and I have not yet tried deleting and reinstalling the app or logging out and back in.

I request that the restriction on my account be lifted so I can use the application without any issues.
